To ensure your safety, and that of our team, we have made changes to the way we serve you. Some of the things we will be doing include:
• Keeping tables clear – our team will bring the required cutlery and glassware after you have ordered
• A stripped back look – things that are not essential or easily cleanable have been removed for the time being. This includes cushions, flowers on tables, candles, shared condiments, linen napkins.
• So that our team can maintain distancing both front and back of house there may need to be fewer of them on duty. We will serve you as quickly as we can but there may be delays – please be patient.
• Our team will try to maintain distancing while serving you so they may approach from the side, or behind, to minimise face-to-face contact. Sometimes we may place your food and drinks on an adjacent empty table and ask you to move it across yourselves.
Please pay by card if possible and, if you are eating or drinking outside, you will be asked to pay for your order shortly after. If you want to thank our team, we can accept tips on their behalf either with cash or by card. As always 100% of the amount you tip is shared among our team.
We have completed a detailed risk assessment and shared this with our team and will do our best to adhere to the guidelines. If you think we have missed anything, or there’s something you think we could do better, please let us know while you are with us and if we can do it, we will, with the usual smile on our face!
