Within the constraints of this grade II listed building, we try to ensure that The Waterfront is as accessible as possible.
The customer entrance is level access from the car park and double doors at the entrance make access easier for wheelchair and pushchair users. There is a dedicated disabled parking bay clearly marked.
Dining tables on the level access areas are suitable for wheelchairs users and there is a ramp leading to an accessible toilet with clear signage. All changes of level internally are clearly marked at floor level.
We provide clear allergen information on printed menus and on the ‘Eat’ section of this website. We offer a range of clearly marked gluten-free and vegetarian choices, including wine.
A separate children’s menu includes an activity section to keep them amused and we have highchairs suitable for outside or inside use
Large format menus are available on request and our staff are trained to read information should you require help.
The bar, two dining areas and the outside area are dog-friendly, and we supply dog biscuits for our four-legged friends.
